GradeFlow Terms of Service

GradeFlow is provided as a teacher productivity and school record support tool. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all final academic outputs before official publication.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use GradeFlow only for lawful educational activities.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, tampering, or misuse.
• Do not upload content that violates applicable law.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all activity under your account.

4. Availability and Changes

Features may evolve over time, including improvements, migrations, and pricing updates. Important changes will be reflected in updated terms.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid features require an active Pro or school plan entitlement. Access to premium features may be limited when entitlement expires.

6. Disclaimer

GradeFlow is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, you must verify critical results before institutional use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GradeFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
